Codorus Real Estate

Codorus is a small, rural unincorporated area in Jefferson Borough in Codorus Township in the southern part of York County.  Codorus is in the Spring Grove Area School District. Located on PA Route 516, Codorus is situated in an open agricultural area just north of Jefferson. Through the years, Codorus has maintained that rural small town feel.
