In 2010, Maria's success inspired her son, Philip, to join the ranks. Accardo Real Estate Team emerged in 2020, born amidst the pandemic. The duo recognized the value of a team-based model to navigate the evolving real estate landscape. Fast forward to 2023, a new Accardo emerged in the scene - Mary Accardo, who happens to be both Phil's sister and Maria's daughter.
