Guest Policy
We highly encourage you to bring guests outside of your household to the event to meet the Accardo Team for real estate purposes. Referrals are the cornerstone of our business, and our goal is to work by referral only. If you are able to bring a guest, it would be greatly appreciated. What is Fall Chill with The Accardo Real Estate Team?
This is our 2024 client event party. Anyone who is a client of The Accardo Real Estate Team is invited.
Where and when is the event going to be held?
The event will take place on October 27th, 2024 at Granfalloons Tavern, located in downtown York City at 41 E Princess Street. The event will begin at 1 PM and end at 4 PM.
Is food and drink going to be provided at the event?
Yes and yes, we are having the event professionally catered and served by the Granfalloons staff. There will be pit beef style sirloin, mixed grilled vegetables, BBQ chicken, garlic shrimp, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and salad. Additionally, there will be a bar serving beer, mix drinks and wine. All adult attendees will be eligible for two alcoholic beverages. Water, juices and soda will also be available.
Where do I park?
There is a parking lot right outside Granfalloons.
Will there be entertainment at the event?
Yes, local musician Don Carn will be playing throughout the course of the event.

Yes, we are reserving the outside space for the event
Is the event outdoors?
Yes, as the event will be held outdoors, we suggest bringing jackets in case of cool weather. The event will take place rain or shine. In the event of rain, the event will be relocated indoors on the second floor space at the restaurant.
Is the event child friendly
Yes, there will be drinks and games for the kids.
